Great handle

After using Sorbo and Unger Ninja handles I wasn't sure if this one would be any better but after using it for a week I really like it. The angle is great for pole work and the quick switch from 40 to 0 degrees is great for getting behind furniture or displays close to glass. My only issue is that the release lever is sometimes difficult to unlatch and if done wrong will pop it off the rod, requiring you to pop it back on. Durability wise this handle seems to be sturdy. I've dropped it a couple times and banged it around and it's held up.

Design Flaw

I really like that this handle has two angles for when you need to change. That works really nice. But the handle, I believe, has a major design flaw. There is a metal rod that is the hinge that holds together the jaws that holds your channel. Around the metal rod on both ends is a PLASTIC ring with the holes that the metal rod goes through. This plastic ring it the problem. If you ever drop or a squeegee handle falls out of your bucket on a belt from another tool catching it and it falls out, as soon as it touches the ground, that little plastic ring breaks and the handle is useless. I am pretty gentle on my equipment but I have had 4 handles break over one summer. It doesn't take much to break. Even when one of my handles dropped in the grass it broke. I am hoping that Moerman will fix the problem stated with replacing the plastic rings with metal rings. Then I would rate it much higher. Also the swivel is hard to lock tight enough where it will not want to swivel.
