Why didnt I buy this sooner?

Excellent quality and the hose doesn't kink! Ive suffered for years like an idiot using just the orange hose with kinks and low water flow. This baby has tripled the flow rate and cut my time in half. So worth the expense for a little guy window cleaner!

I can't imagine doing WFP cleaning without this

If you are cleaning large buildings with WFP, this is essential. It is absolutely essential; you cannot imagine the time & frustration savings this reel provides.
